Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

We hope you’ll be fully satisfied with your order. However, you have a legal period of 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

How to proceed?

Before returning a product, please contact us via our contact form (Online orders / Purchase Help / Return) and attach the completed withdrawal form so that we can assist you with the procedure.

You then have 14 days to return the product from the date you notify our customer service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective products.

Products showing signs of damage, wear, or improper handling that prevents proper assembly, or those inadequately packaged for transport, may be refused and not refunded.

Refund

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the original payment method.
