Packaging Compliance - PPWR
At Mont Blanc, we are committed to ensuring that our products and packaging comply with applicable European environmental, chemical, and product compliance regulations. We continuously work with our suppliers and partners to improve sustainability, transparency, and regulatory compliance across our product portfolio.
Mont Blanc is actively implementing the requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40). We maintain processes and documentation to support compliance with applicable requirements relating to packaging minimization, recyclability, recycled content, substance restrictions, labeling, and other sustainability obligations. Declarations of Conformity and supporting compliance information are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and can be provided upon request for competent authorities and business customers where applicable.
EPR Registrations
Mont Blanc fulfills its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations in the countries where our products and packaging are placed on the market. We are registered with relevant national compliance schemes and reporting systems as required by local legislation.
REACH
Mont Blanc is committed to complying with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH). We work closely with our suppliers to monitor substances of concern and to ensure that applicable notification and communication requirements are met. Information regarding Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) and other REACH-related requirements is available upon request.
Packaging Sustainability
Reducing environmental impact is an integral part of Mont Blanc's product and packaging strategy.
